"Pictures really don’t do this system justice, you really have to see it to believe it."

When deciding to launch our latest innovation in van racking, the bott modulo3 range, we knew we wanted honest feedback from the tradespeople that use it. Nick Sammut is a Painter & Decorator who installed our new bott modulo3 van racking.

bott modulo3 racking has completely transformed the way I work. The level of organisation I now have is unlike ever before.

"What is the make and model of your van?"

"Ford Transit L3H2 FWD"

"How has professional van racking changed the way you work?"

"In the few weeks I’ve had bott modulo3 racking it has completely transformed the way I work. The level of organisation I now have is unlike ever before, it means unloading and loading tools daily is no longer a chore. Every morning would start with a battle to move and access various boxes and crevices of the van taking up a lot of time and effort. Nothing had a specific place due to the fact the racking I had (brand unknown) wasn’t designed for my needs. My Ford transit is a long wheelbase and is a very big van, but the old racking took up so much room the space wasn’t utilised very well and made it feel like it wasn’t actually a big van."

"What is your favourite feature or accessory of bott Smartvan van racking?"

"There are so many positives that the bott modulo3 racking brings. It’s designed around my main form of storage cases (Systainers) and has the ability to house the new gen 3 and older gen 2 cases. The customisation that you get with this racking means it can be changed to suit your requirements depending on what you want. Being able to swap from a Eurobox to a fitted shelf for example is such a small but great feature. The way the racking sits so close to the side walls of the van means it takes up very little space at all and the boxes make up most of the depth, this leaves loads of floor space which is essential when carrying around dust extractors, spray machines and big orders of paint. Being able to carry that sort of stuff around but still have the ability to access the majority of the shelving is so important in saving time and money (and effort)."

"How is bott modulo3 different to previous bott Smartvan racking in your opinion?"

"The weight of the racking (or lack of) is another huge bonus. The tools and machines I carry around aren’t light. Add in bulky, weighty racking and you’ve got a recipe for high fuel costs. bott modulo3 racking is so light compared with wooden or my previous metal racking I know that fuel costs are going to be considerably less."

"Would you recommend bott Smartvan van racking to a friend or colleague?"

"I have and will be recommending/showing it to everyone I possibly can. Pictures really don’t do this system justice, you really have to see it to believe it."
